Justice Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi said on Sunday that the state would approach the courts for a supervisory order to guide its response to the Constitutional Court’s July judgment, which found sections of the Refugees Act unconstitutional. She raised the possibility that the order could allow for a suspension period to give the government time to prepare to implement the ruling.
