Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday described former Plateau State Governor, Senator Jonah David Jang, as "positively stubborn," saying the elder statesman has consistently demonstrated uncommon courage and unwavering commitment whenever the interest of Plateau State and its people was at stake.
