The Director-General of the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC), Brigadier General Maxwell Obuba Mantey, together with his Deputy in charge of Enforcement, Control and Elimination, Lawyer Alexander Twum-Barimah, has toured two drug testing centres in Accra.
