"The ayes have it": ODM delegates resolve to remove Osotsi as deputy part leader

The ODM delegates agreed to remove Vihiga senator Godfrey Osotsi from the deputy party leader post. Governors Simba Arati and Abdulswamad Nassir remain as DPLs.
