Infamous former Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Tukur Buratai (retd.), has claimed he cannot be held responsible for the failure to publicly disclose the names of individuals allegedly financing terrorism in Nigeria. Buratai made this known on Friday while speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today, where he stated that relevant government agencies are already aware of those behind terror financing.
